Kanyon got to go to his first concert last Friday, to watch his Papa play at the Western Heritage. My dad is the drummer for Lariat (www.markpowellandlariat.com) and Red Steagall (www.redsteagall.com). Kanyon got all duded up in his country gear for the event. Kelby's grandad owns the Farm and Ranch Western Wear in Abilene, and had given us an authentic baby pearl snap shirt, that was perfect for the occasion! Kanman also got to wear his baby jeans for the first time and some cool kicks (all his boots are still too big). Kanyon slept through the whole thing in true baby fashion!Thought that I would also say the three of us looked like a partying family headed into Texas Roadhouse to eat dinner at 10:15 at night!
