We ate a delightful dinner of roast & ribs, followed by Papa Drum's homemade buttermilk pies.
It was fun to get the little cousins together, now that they all 3 are mobile. Kanyon crawled after and played with Reid & Ella (the 2nd set of Taylor Twins) who are now 15 months old and walking like pros.
Landon (he'll turn 8 in Jan) & Nicholas (14) played computer games, drums, and tried out their new remote-control race cars. Kanyon got to see my cousin Katharine, who flew in from Chicago, and he loved the cool parrot she got him. After all, what is more fitting for a Pirate Boy?
My dad surprised us when we all opened identical gift bags, containing his brand-spanking new CD, Lemon Sour!! I am so proud of my daddio, he has been working his tail off to record his first solo CD, he wrote all of the songs, Aunt Sherry did the amazing art work for the album, and Kanyon loves jammin' to his Papa's tunes!
Lots of picture-taking was done & fun had by all! Ho Ho Ho!
