Dip It

For lunch on Monday we tied in our RED theme via a Red plate & strawberries.

 A food item that Kanyon has fallen in love (and happens to match our color theme is Ketchup. He was eating potatoes that Kelby had cooked out on the grill on Sunday, and had a smile from ear to ear when I squirted a dollop of ketchup on his plate.

 He'll say "Dip It" over and over while he scoops ketchup, ranch, butter, any other condiments onto his food items. Pretty cute, harmless habit.

His forehead is sporting a new, huge, scrapey, bruise from smacking his head on the concrete while playing outside with Daddy on Sunday. He didn't even cry when it happened.

 During his scarfing down of ketchup-covered food, I cut out Color Apples and then we taped them to the playroom door and went over the colors again and again.
